Where did they start?

A good business with a flat line.

Before

Four flat years. Then €70,540 on top.

From 2022 to 2025 the studio’s sales stayed between €56,715 and €65,189 a year. A steady business, and a flat line.

Detailing runs on appointments: an empty slot is income that never comes back. So growing meant one thing – more booked appointments with people ready to pay.

Their sales per year, and what we added in 11 months

The years: the business’s total sales. *Our campaigns started in October 2025, so 2025 includes their first three months. The last column: their usual year (the 4-year average) with our 11 months’ new sales – sales closed with leads from our campaigns – on top.

What did you actually change?

Everything between the ad and the appointment.

What we did

We filled the calendar. The studio closed the sales.

The same system we build for every client, from the first ad to the booked appointment – and a report on it every month.

  1. Ads that already work

Creatives rebuilt from ads that already sell, tested every two weeks. You never supply content.

    We handle it

  2. Follow-up in seconds

A short form qualifies every lead. An SMS and an email reach them within seconds.

    Automated

  3. Appointments in your calendar

Ready leads book themselves. Our team calls everyone else.

    We handle it

  4. You close the sale

You meet people who want to talk. We coach you and trace every sale to its ad.

    You, with our coaching

Did it work straight away?

No. Here’s every month, the slow ones too.

Month by month

Eleven months, three stages.

Revenue and ad spend, month by month

  1. 01 October – January

    Finding the buyers

€605–€687 a month in ads. Leads came cheap, €3.50–€6.36 each, but too few of them booked: in January, only 13%.

  2. 02 February – April

    From leads to bookings

Fewer leads, and far more of them booked: 48% in February, 68% in April. Sales went from 11 to 26 a month.

  3. 03 May – August

    Holding it at scale

From March the ad budget went up, to as much as €1,640 a month. The returns held: €6,330–€9,910 in sales and 3.86x–6.16x return on ad spend, every month.

So what did it add up to?

More than an extra year’s sales. In 11 months.

The result

An extra year’s sales, on top of their usual.

Every €1 in ads brought back €6.02 in sales. The average sale was €427.52, and each one cost €71.03 in ads.

ROAS is tracked revenue from closed sales divided by Meta ad spend, for one client, October 2025 – August 2026. Monthly figures are rounded; totals are as reported.

One client's result, not a guarantee. Results depend on the offer, the market, the budget and how quickly leads are followed up.
