1. Operator

2. Purpose

The site presents SocioMarketing's services and lets you book a call. Browsing or booking a call does not form a contract for services; that is concluded separately.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully: don't disrupt it, circumvent its security or scrape it without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content, design and demo belong to SocioMarketing or are used lawfully.

5. No guarantee of results

The case study shows one client's results over the stated period. Results depend on the offer, the market, the budget and other factors; they are not a guarantee. The calculator gives a first estimate only.

6. The demo

The demo is a simulation: names, times, amounts and the 100-lead flow are illustrative.

7. Third-party services

The booking calendar is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector); links to Instagram and LinkedIn lead to third-party sites under their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Lithuanian and EU law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on the site applies.

10. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Lithuania; disputes go to the courts of Vilnius.
