1. Controller

2. Scope
This website sociomarketing.lt, its demo (/demo/), booking a call and our Meta lead forms.
3. Data we process
- Contact details – name, email, phone (call booking and lead forms).
- Booking-form answers about your business – industry, average deal value, capacity, budget.
- Communications – SMS and emails. We do not record calls.
- Technical data – server logs (IP address, browser, time).
- Cookie and pixel data – only with your consent (see section 10).
The demo is a simulation: it asks for and collects no personal data. Numbers typed into the calculator stay in your browser.

5. Processors and recipients
- HighLevel Inc. / LeadConnector LLC – CRM, booking calendar, SMS and email (data processing agreement in place).
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – lead forms and Meta Pixel (joint-controller aspects for pixel data).
- Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus – website hosting and server logs.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Our hosting provider is in the EU (Cyprus). HighLevel is based in the United States, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may share data with Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, and otherwise on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
- Leads – 24 months from the last contact.
- Clients – for the term of the contract, then 10 years for accounting.
- Server logs – 30 days.
- Your cookie choice – up to 6 months, then we ask again.
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawing consent at any time ("Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page). We reply within one month.

Kontaktinius duomenis ir registracijos formos atsakymus – kad galėtume surengti pokalbį (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b p.); rinkodaros slapukus ir Meta Pixel – tik gavę Jūsų sutikimą (6 str. 1 d. a p.); serverio žurnalus – saugumo tikslais (6 str. 1 d. f p.); apskaitos duomenis – pagal teisinę prievolę (6 str. 1 d. c p.). Demonstracija yra simuliacija ir duomenų nerenka.
Gavėjai ir saugojimas
HighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, kalendorius, SMS ir el. laiškai), Meta (anketos, pikselis), Hostinger International Ltd. (svetainės talpinimas, Kipras). Potencialių klientų duomenis saugome 24 mėnesius nuo paskutinio kontakto, klientų – sutarties galiojimo laikotarpiu ir dar 10 metų apskaitos tikslais, serverio žurnalus – 30 dienų. Pokalbių neįrašome.
Jūsų teisės
Galite susipažinti su savo duomenimis, juos ištaisyti, ištrinti, apriboti tvarkymą, nesutikti, perkelti juos ir bet kada atšaukti sutikimą („Cookie settings“ puslapio apačioje). Skundus galite teikti Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai, L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius.
